With 80% of organisations now believing that their people should take some responsibility for their own learning and development, the Staying Alive Academy is an ideal solution to accurately measure and reward results.
Originally designed for large businesses, this learning and development resource is, for the first time, available to owners and Directors of small to medium sized organisations.
The Academy will improve the leadership and management skill of your organisation in support of your business strategies and values. Although eligibility criteria apply, if you are an organisation of between 5 and 249 employees it is likely that you will be able to have your own Academy for no cost via a three year government initiative funded by the Sector Skills Council and sanctioned at county level by Business Link advisors.
